Final outcome

As a result of this cross-functional collaboration, we were able to align on the status quo of the current product. The pains points we still have, and the long-term-goal of how our product could look like in 3 years time.

We presented the vision to our executive team and got approved, then we started to break it down into roadmap and milestones.
